I have a hornet 740T alarm system that i have just installed in my 94 ford ranger. everything seems to work properly on it so i added in a Directed 506T audio sensor wired it up according to what the manual told me even with the correct diode that it states in the manual and it will not set off the alarm the audio unit itself picks up when shacking keys and such but does not tiger it so then i go out and buy a shock senor hook it up the way it said and the same thing. so then i tested the wire on the alarm and it grounds fine with a test light when armed.

My question is what could cause the senors not to set off the alarm and what are some things i could do to check?
