Just got a Python 580 (4202P). Both remotes can lock, unlock, start, stop, pit stop, etc. Only issue is the 2 way remote never gets feedback. Only getting out of range error. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Try re-programming the remotes if it fails, diconnect power from the unit for a couple minutes and then try!

Do you have just the one unit?

I have two cars that both have a DEI Matrix 3.2 installed. If there in the same area I have the same issue.

Once they are separated there isn't an issue.

Thanks for all the responses! I tried reprogramming the remotes all seems fine except the 2way never provides the confirmation chirp. I'm thinking its a hardware problem now....but I'll try rebooting

Only have one car.

Tried rebooting and reprogramming, same result - no confirmation chirp. My first one of these - anyone have any idea if these are problematic? If so what part is most likely the cause?

switch the antenna with another one. i had the EXACT same problem before however the customer didnt really care, as long as it worked. Believe the antenna is a 548t i believe and i had an older one (same model number and everything) and it was doing the same thing you are describing.
