I ordered an Omega rs-310 remote start sytyem online for my 2002 silverado and have now realized I am a little over my head. I have hooked up most of the wire except for the horn and parking light wire because I can not locate them. Can you help me find these??

Also I have the door locks working but it does not start. It doesnt even try. I think it has something to do with immobilizer bypass(Omega DB-PASS-23). I have not been able to program it because it never lights up the led like it is supposed to. What do I do????

Someone please help me..

Here is some info for the horn and parking lights:

HORN BLACK (-) @ BCM, BROWN plug, See NOTE *1

PARKING LIGHTS ( + ) BROWN (+) @ BCM, LIGHT BLUE plug, Pin B6, See NOTE *1

NOTE *1 The BCM (Body Control Module) is located behind the drivers side of dash.
The plugs on the BCM face the rear of the vehicle. It is just beneath the steering column.

The brown plug is on the left and the light blue plug is in the middle. The Bulldog Security web site has some nice pictures. https://www.bulldogsecurity.com/

As far as the bypass goes, you have a Passlock II system. Follow the install & programming instructions. Make sue you have the wires connected securely to the proper places. Three wires go to the R/S and one goes to the car.

A good way to test your install is to disconnect the bypass ( just pull its one plug out) and try remote starting with a working key inserted in the ignituion but not turned.

that wont tell you anything.... it is a Passlock system, not Passkey!

Thank you for the replies. After trying a couple things while on the phone with customer support they are sending me a new bypass. As far as the brown wire at bcm for the parking lights, what plug in the bcm?

Unless im mistaken, I recall wiring up a relay to do the bypass on one of those.

that brown is not always there for the parking lights.

The grey with black stripe at the bcm is always there and it is a negative trigger. there are multiple grey blacks so be sure to test with your DMM
