Im looking for a replacement transistor for my alarm. Its a NPN transistor used for the siren output on my Code Alarm 7600.  I shorted the wired accidently and the transistor is blown but the traces on the board and the board itself are just fine. Just wondering if anyone knows of a good place that I could find a replacement. Thanks for any help.

Below is what I know about the transistor.

The base input voltage is 3.25

Vceo- 45V

Ic-2A

The entire specs

Thanks again.
