I have hooked up all the wires except for the white wire.. There's got to be someone out there that knows what that wire is for?

I figured it out... it should say "connect with "ON" cable for engine" who ever translated the manual wasn't doing all that great of a job.

Anyone know what the BROWN / Black wire does exactly or how it is hooked up? (In picture above, middlle left).

The brown black wire you are referring to is to trip the alarm when one of your doors have been opened. So you have to think of what electrical signal in your car can notify your alarm that the door has been opened? It is either one of two things. For old and modern cars, it is your dome light...the problem with this is that some cars can turn off the dome light from turning on when the door is opened. The second way is on more recent cars, the dash display will show a "Door Ajar" or "Door Open" warning if any door is open on your car and this can't be turned off. So you need to connect this wire to splice into either your dome light wire or your door open warning signal wire.

So if you use the BROWN / black, what are you supposed to do with the blue on the left?
Brown cable, turn SINGEL
One look at that and the other glaring misuse of English would frighten me well away from trying to use this POS.
Look at the other post on this unit people.

Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Honestly all I accomplished by finishing the installation of the LE-A6500 is an understanding of how to hook up car alarms but more importantly to never buy a cheap knock off alarm ever again...I've never had NO problems with this alarm.
1.) The shock sensor doesn't get bypassed when the engine is on and if the alarm is in UNLOCK mode, tripping the shock sensor makes your car flash it's lights 25 times and it makes the pager give it's warning sound. During the daytime I must drive with my headlights on because when they are on, you can't tell that they are flashing and for the entire ride, the pager periodically makes it annoying sound.
2.) The siren is not loud at all...this made me rather have my horn go of than this quiet siren.
3.) There are a bunch of different combinations of either holding one button, holding two buttons, pressing one button, pressing two buttons and the key to their functions are on the back of the pager in Chinese. I still don't what most of them do.
4.) Things only get worse on it not better or just stay the same.
Conclusion: If you feel that spending $150.00 - $300.00 on a legit alarm is outrageous, then by all means buy this one install it and feel the joy of saving money. For me that joy was later abolished by the frustrations of the 99% false alarms. I truly hate this alarm, and none of my friends who have ever had an alarm have even heard of such problems that I've had with this one.
