I have a viper 791xv ive had it for 4/5 yrs, without issue. yesterday i had to move some gauges and extend some wiring. this morning i tried to remote start, engine started and died immediately each time i tried. so i pulled everything apart and checked all wiring and connections all good. but now the starter wont engage at all, accessories come on, fuel pump comes on, but no crank. everything works fine with the key, just not the remote start, when i check power to the wiring its all there even the starter trigger wire at the ign switch is lighting up. doe anybody have any knowledge on this to point me in a direction?

I would suggest to try and re-learn your tach signal.

that would cause it to not crank the engine? i could see that with the start and immediately shut off? it will do everything but crank the engine.

it could. start the car, then press and hold the program button. When the led lights constant release the button.
All the other features are working, just not the remote start, correct? alarm is still arming/disarming as it's supposed to?
