What are your opinions on the Viper 5501/5901? I'm looking at getting one to replace the CS-310 in my '02 Dodge Ram 1500. Would it be hard to switch over myself? Is anything else needed for the install? Thanks in advance.

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I didn't see it anywhere.

It was a tossup between a Viper or Compustar, but the new Smartstart feature won me over!

Unfortunately the nearest Viper installer is 1000 miles away.  Any pointers on installing this system in an '02 Dodge Ram?  Thanks.
