Just took this out of my 1994 BMW 325i and now (obviously), car won't start. Does anyone have a wiring Schematic for this? Thanks! The back of the box has two paper labels stuck to it: JJ4436F4FB 5250 and AP1734F8, 65250 04727 04728

Removing it won't make the car not start unless you shorted something out and blew a fuse. If it just won't crank, i notice a relay in the picture on the left side. If this relay is a starter kill relay you need to reconnect the two wires the relay was connected to.

Mike M2: You are amazing. The Grey wire (Pinout 11 on the 14-pin Connector), is the "Starter Disable Relay Wire" which goes to a Bosch Relay then, two heavier gauge wires out (which, presumable need to be reconnected to close the circuit).
Only a tiny portion of the relay is visable in the Photo which I cannot believe you saw. Anyway, thank you so much. I went on to Who IS and Search Avital.Com and got the owner's Phone number, called them and they emailed me the Install guide for this which contains the Wiring Diagram. How do I post this PDF - the same way I uploaded the Photo from original post? - Regards Courtlad

You're looking for either a light GREEN/ thin black trace wire or it changes to BLACK / YELLOW. rejoin from relay.

Rejoined the ignition wire (it was split to accomodate the Avital relay). Engine tries to start but won't. Found out I'm not getting 12vdc at the fuel pump. I pulled the Fuel Pump Relay and put jumper wire in the relay socket and do get 12vdc at pump. So I'm thinking its the fuel pump relay. Stumped for now. Will order new relay.

Hi Courtland,
I'm not seeing any reply to your question about posting the install guide and presume that there may be some legal stuff...
Is it possible to receive that pdf.
TIA,
David
