Can anyone point me in the direction of the document mentioned below "DirectFax document 1502"? The remote start on my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix is giving me the "Service Theft System" after key takeover. I found the sentence below for several GM vehicles in the vehicle specific section, and yet have not been able to locate this information.

"If the service security lights comes on during remote start or after key takeover, see DirectFax document 1502." Note- I copied this sentence from the 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix section.

When I did a search on the "Service Theft" I saw a lot of threads point to the 'DirectFax document 1502', so I turned my search to that... with no luck.

Thanks for the link, I'll try out that information.
