I installed the alarm in a 2005 Chevy Suburban, used a Xpresskit DLPKGM, connected with a D2D. Programed the bypass per instructions.
Alarm seems to be working fine, alarm sets, doors lock, lights flash. But the remote start won't work. I've connected all the wires per schematics, but when I push remote to start it. I get a red error light on the key fob and control module clicks like a turn signal 7 times. (I don't know if that is a code or not). It seems to me like it's erroring out because of a tripped safety circuit or not seeing the bypass. I've disconnected the hood pin & the brake pedal wire, same results.
I checked voltage at plug (purple & Green) during remote start, no power to plug/wires. I've gone thru everything I can think of.
HELP!
