Like the title said it acts as if there isnt a signal being sent back to the remote. Gives the out of range fault on the remote. Really annoying and the commands arent getting conformed.

Any clue what I should do?

i had the same problem but mine was with an auto page rs-1000 remote start, i switched from tech mode to voltage mode and the remote start started working, but before i got the same message on the remote display, hope this helps u.

Try re-programing the remote to the brain. Put key in on/run position then off. Then press and release programing button, with in 5 seconds press and hold programming button until it chirps or led go's solid then let go. On the remote press and hold the function button for 8 seconds or until 3 chirps then let go. Press lock ones and brain should respond back with a chirp. Meaning it got programed. Then press twice function button to get out of program mode.

I already tried deleting the remotes and re adding them, Then I also saw where someone said to unplug the bat for 30 min, then re connect. Still No luck. I still get the out of range or no connect fault message. It is a long beep and 5 flashes from the top LED. It arms and starts the truck just fine. But it wont send the 2 way conf. This is blowing my mind. I tried to see if the bestbuy guys could fix it and it blew their minds too. We all know DEI tech sucks so no point trying to call them.
