Hai,

I plan to get viper 5501 for my car.

Ist correct it can connect to my OEM alarm? Means my OEM alarm can arm n disarm my viper 5501 and on the same time i can receive my alarm status at my viper 5501 remote?

Because im driving Nissan Versa and have Smart Key..so i want to add another alarm to my OEM alaram..

Can anyone advise me?

No i don't think DEI has that capability, it can however work the other way around, the aftermarket can arm and disarm the OEM alarm!

your range would only be what your factory remote can do

You would want to make the aftermarket control the factory
