Sorry posted the wrong year in my earlier post.

I am looking at either a 5501 or a 5301 for my 03 grand prix. I know I am going to get a passkey bypass, but I am not sure what else.

get bypass that does door locks as well as passlock, will be same price and make your life easier

Do you have an extra key that you can spare?? If so you can use the Xpresskit 556UW. The extra key would go into the 556UW and there is a transponder ring that will go around the key cylinder. If not you could use the Xpresskit XK09. This will only do the bypass. You don't need a module that does door locks in this vehicle. Piece of cake.
