Please help me identify what the best wheel locks would be for a rim theft deterent. I'm hearing different things from different people, some are saying get them from the dealership, others are saying just go to PEPBOYS they're the same thing, and others are saying get a set of "expensive" specialized wheel locks............how should I proceed with this....

If your driving it in the winter, you may want to get a set thats a bit better quality like McGard or Gorilla, oems, etc... The chrome coating is usually better and will last longer imho...

I put on a set of generic locks on my wheels when I first got them, and they only lasted a few months before the chrome was peeling off! The lock itself might be similar but the finish woudn't be...

agreed with what was said above.

i use gorilla lug nuts on my tuner wheels and they are great.
