Does any one kno how to reprogram a remote for a cold start system or a website i can get an installation manuel. I have a person that came to me and said that the remote isnt controling the alarm so  i figured it got deprogrammed.  Thank u in advance.

you're gonna need alot more info than that. find out what band and model number the alarm is to start with. check the battery in the remote too.
