Installing a Viper 5901 in a 1995 Pontiac Firebird. Since I won't be using the flex relay output I don' t need to hook up the input wire correct?

The input wire I'm referring to is the H3/2 RED / white flex relay input wire.

This also means I won't be using H3/7 Flex relay output (30) and H3/8 Flex relay input (87a)

From what I understand you only need this relay if you have an acc2 which I don't have.

Thanks

Actually I just realized my firebird does have an ignition 2 wire!

So that means I do need wires H3/2 and H3/7 but not H3/8 I believe.

So does this look right:

H3/2 ( (+) (30A) FUSED IGNITION 2 / FLEX RELAY INPUT 87) goes to a constant +12V

H3/7 ((+) IGNITION 2 FLEX RELAY OUTPUT) goes to the Ignition 2 wire
