After spending hours of research on this topic I give up. I'm trying to figure out the door lock/unlock connections to make. Apparently I have a 3 wire negative pulse (-) Type B lock system. In reading the Ford remote start install manual they hook up 5 lock wires. I have the 451M that came with my 5901 system and the wire pinout is on the back but I can't figure out where they go in the vehicle.
Two lists I've found say:
POWER LOCK GRAY / YELLOW (-) TYPE (B)       IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL
POWER UNLOCK      PURPLE / GRAY (-) TYPE (B) IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL
LOCK MOTOR WIRE      GRAY/BROWN (+) IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL

and then I found this one

Doorlocks/Windows
WIRE COLOR POLARITY LOCATION
Door Lock Circuit 3 WIRE NEGATIVE
Power Unlock VIOLET/GRAY (-) SJB C2280C PIN 4
IF THE VEHICLE DOESNT HAVE KEYLESS THAN ITS A 5 WIRE DOOR LOCK CIRCUIT
PowerLock GRAY / YELLOW (-) SJB C2280C PIN 17
IF THE VEHICLE DOESNT HAVE KEYLESS THAN ITS A 5 WIRE DOOR LOCK CIRCUIT
Driver Mtr Unlock BLUE/GREEN (REV) DRIVERS KICKPANEL
Driver Mtr Lock GRAY/BROWN (REV) SJB C2280D PIN 6
Pas Mtr Unlock VIOLET/GRAY (REV) SJB C2280D PIN 27

So which one is right? Which wires do I need form the 451M or do I even need it? I'd like to keep the progressive locking intact.

Additionally, where does the key sense attach to the 5901 harness?

Many thanks,
Dave

If your truck came with factory remote keyless entry, you have Type B (-) door locks.

You can attach directly from the 5901 to the trucks Lock/UnLock wires.  There are a couple of places to grab those wires.  One is in the Drivers Kick Panel, the other is at the Smart Junction Box.  Lock is Gray / YELLOW and UnLock is Violet (Purple)/Gray.

Thanks, That's along the lines of what I was thinking at 4 AM today. Since I have the factory keyless the relays are there and I should only need the 2 wires. (the third in the three-wire (-) system must always be hot)
I can't imagine I need the 451M module, I should just be able to grab the blue and green wires from the 5901.
Thanks for helping me keep my sanity.

The third in a (-) three wire type b, should be negative, not hot! Yes you can use the green and blue wires directly and omit the 451m!

I usually don't connect Keysense on Fords.  There is conflicting info on your trucks keysense wire, one source says (+) and the other says (-).  If you deceide to use it, check it first with the digital multi meter.
