My '99 Suburban will not start.

When it start either by remote or by key it starts for about a sec. and dies.

Does this have something to do with the Bypass module?

Thanks

I suspect it was understood but, some people might be confused...

If i use the key or if i use the remote it doesn't matter same result...

did you have to cut the starter wire?  if so, are you sure that the key side/starter side arent mixed up?

my noob guess.

well i removed the alarm "brain" and reinstalled it and the truck started fine, not sure maybe a loose wire or for some reason the alarm needed reset... I have had it installed for over 2 years and this is the first time having anyproblem...
