Had the 5902 for some time now and just got all the modules needed to do the install on my 1999 Seville STS and come to find out there is no installation guide included, so I went online and found the one for the 5901 but it does not mention the 16 pin harness (which im sure is as important as a positive wire) can some one PM me or post the guide for the 5902, all input is appreciated!

you will use the flex relay output as ignition 2. to get an additional ignition, use the negative from the unit and a relay

85 - (-) ignition from viper
86 - constant 12v
87 - constant 12v
30 - to ignition wire

Depends on the starter if you need relays or not. In this case the viper 5902 does not have 4 Ign relays built in to the unit. You will need to use the pink/white wire from harness 2 (flex relay control) and program it for Ign 2.

Edit: There is no 16 pin harness on the 5902 there is an 18 pin connector and it is in the 5901 manual they just combined a few plugs on the 5902 the wire colors are the same. If you need the install manual PM me and I can scan it in and send it to you

does any one know how to do this? "This wire connects to pin 87a of the onboard light flash relay. It is used whenever
light switch isolation on the vehicle is necessary. If the vehicle has a multiplex
circuit that needs the light switch isolated, you can remove the onboard
light flash fuse and replace it with the specified resistor (paying attention to the
polarity selection)."

you wont need the 87a onboard light flash. that is only for certain cars taht require a seperate circuit isolation. so in your case, not needed.

i think you are having problems with the flex relay on the large gauge harness.

flex relay 87 - constant 12v
flex relay 30 output - to ignition 2
flex relay 87a - not needed.

How are you bypassing the PK3 immobilizer system? If you are using a bypass module I would re-check your wiring.

its D2D only the wires that are needed are used, and the RS it's not due to the key not being in the ignition its something with the wiring I believe cause it only activates when the ignition is turned to the ACC position or the Run position after that I can turn the ignition off and remove the key and it works fine, when the ignition is off the Cluster panel activates and then shuts down!

Make sure you test your ignition wires.. Ign 1 will test 12v + in the crank and the run position, The starter will test 12+ in the crank position only. IGN 2 will test 12+ when the car is in the run position and in the acc position it will test ground or off when in the crank position. Acc wire will test 12+ in the run position and acc position then test off or ground when cranking.

Edit: hope you get it working if not we can get together later this week on the phone. I will be busy most of the week I have a few jobs coming in and I am back to school off spring break so it may be the weekend before I have time. We will get you working soon though.

Ok, sneakycyber thanks for all your help got it working what the problem was, was that I had 2 starter wires and the other wire was not cut clipped the wire and all works fine now A/C, Radio, everything works just one issue but I think its with the bypass module the key has to be next the the halo for it to RS. It will do it one time after the key is removed but any other time the key has to be next to it. I was reading on the DLPKGM installation guide that you can cut the ire so I will try that and see what happens will keep you posted. And, again thanks for the support.

Glad its working. and yes it sounds like your bypass isn't working correctly.
