I have a viper 5901 that will only go in and out of valet mode. The Control Center button and siren does not repond at all. Is there a hard reset I can perform on this unit? TIA

make sure you power up all 12v sources.

you can do a hard reset with the valet button or hook it up to a bitwriter.

read the manual, it will show you how to factory reset the thing.
