I recently did a 1994 celica with a compustar autostart. The car is a manuel too useing the reservation mode.  My question is the customer says his headlight and marker lights turn on and off  with the key with a delay. I hooked up the alarm and autostart and now the lights will not auto off. I have tried to find info on this and had no luck.  I have owned several Toyotas and never had this function to my knowledge.  I have called many shops in the area and no one can say they have ever heard of this problem. Any ideas would be great.  This is a very polite customer I couldnt ask for more so I really dont think he is bsing me.

Look for a top dash sensor or a unit attached to the windscreen between the glass and the rear view mirror stem. If none there wasn't. Never heard of it on one of the, not even the 98 on model. I actually remember doing a 94 Supra with an AG4 and the customer was happy because then he had the feature.

pulse the door pin after shutdown.

connect the rearm output to the door pin and diode isolate it.
