you need a bypass to allow it to start. it doesnt have much to do with your factory alarm. the ne wunit you are puttin in will control your factory alarm.

a good place is any where high up in the dash.

Red, RED / white, and RED / black......... I'm pretty sure you're supposed to have all of those connected to a constant power source. If you have any of those connected to the car's ignition wires it's probably going to do all sorts of unpredictable things.

Sounds like the purple and green starter wires are backwards as well. Green goes to the key side of the factory wire you cut, and purple goes to the side that goes to the starter side.

Pink should be connected to the black Ignition 1 on the car

Pink/white should be connected to the thick BLACK / YELLOW Ignition 2 on the car.

Orange could be connected to the RED / blue accessory wire on the car, but this connection is not necessary.

oh man, my car keep continuously starting.
i put Red, RED / white, and RED / black on the constant BLACK/ red wire.
pink ignition 1 connected to black
accessory is not wired
violet starter output connected to red wire on away the key
green start input connected to red wireaway near the key
pink blk ignition 2 flex relay is unwired.

i dont wants going on. i'm thinking starter output and input is not good. how far away starter output from key should it be?
