i have a customer that bought a steeli men ht800e alarm off the internet and wants it installed the only problem is the person he got it from sent it new but without box or instructions ive never heard of this brand and have no experience with it. does anyone know anything about these? thanks

its a china made unit. you are going to shoot yourself if you dont have any info on it at all. I say tell him to chuck it and buy a uni that is reliable and heard of.
