Can I use two relay's for a starter like on other G.M car's ? Is their a all in one by-pass ? Or is the two relay way better?

The ADS iDatalink products will do the Passlock II bypass, alarms, door locks, and RAP shutdown control. ADS DLSL GM ( with the ADS DLSL GM4 Ver 3.6 ) firmware is one of several modules they make that support your Hummer.

Relays and resisters will also work on that vehicle for the Passlock II.
