I have a customer who needs to have an ignition interlock system installed in his 2010 Cobalt. One of the wires on the unit needs to be connected to the starter wire by cutting it and running it through the interlock unit. How would I wire this unit in if the Cobalt has no starter wire?

Purple (+) @ starter or Pin 10 of 68pin plug at fuse box under hood.
