1997 honda del sol door triggers

and this cheap-ass Option Group Alarm I bought on ebay and should have never put in my car. Greetings. I have this alarm wired to my car and it seems to work to some extent. I'm having the following issues: I have not connected the door trigger wires because the unit diagram calls for + and - wires while my car has only a - door trigger wire. Additionally, the unit does not recognize that the car is running and re-arms itself and goes off while driving. Compounding the problem are the instructions which have erroneous wiring information and appear to have been translated by the only guy in Jiangxi Province of China who ever heard English.

You only need to connect one of the door wires which would be the negative trigger! Also have you connected the system to an ignition source?, it could be what's causing you re-arm while running situation, also, keep all your posts pertaining to one install in one thread, makes it alot easier for everyone!

Darren, being cynical, it probably still won't work and is probably also set for passive arming. Because the door triggers aren't recognised guess what happens?
You must realise that people like us, pros and aware of the real cost of decent product would never chose a piece of garbage like this. Unfortunately bought and DIYed by amateurs who are probably going to screw up from lack of knowledge/experience and of course no manufacturer back-up.
