Can someone help me with my alarm installation problem? I have a Scytek Galaxy 5000RS system that I'm installing into a 2003 BMW Z4 I have everything working except the door locks. I have the alarm unlock wire going into the cars central control module, middle connector pin #20 WHITE/ black (unlock) and I have the alarm lock wire going to the cars lock wire at pin #22 blue/red (lock) in the same connector. I have the door trigger from the alarm * going to pin #18 RED / blue (interior light). Both doors are shut, ignition is off and I get nothing. If I connect both lock and unlock wires to the cars central center lock button at pin #7 yellow/red i can lock and unlock the doors but it doesn't seem correct because if I press either button multiple times it will perform a lock/unlock with the same button. What am I doing wrong on this car? Do I need to add a relay to increase the strength on the pins #20 and #22 or do I have the wrong lock/unlock wires?

To start your lock should be WHITE/ black and the unlock is blue/red so you've got them the wrong way round, secondly door triggers, go to the RED / blue and set it up as pos trigger. I'm not sure of the alarm's wiring but can we assume it either has 2 door trigger wires, one for neg and one for pos? Connect the pos. Also if you can extend the lock pulse to 30 secs that will close windows and roof if auto.
Never gone to the control box on an E46 variant. Everything is in and around driver side inc, locks lights door trigger tach ign loom etc.

I tried the wires the other way as you said and still nothing. I tested the alarm wires and they are working. When i test the WHITE/ black and blue/red wires on the car I get .763 at rest and the voltage remains the same when i push the cars remote lock/unlock. are these postive door locks since it really does not read 0.00 when tested?

The door locks work with the cars remote nothing with the alarms remote. There is no lock/unlock button on either door, there is just a center console lock/unlock button for both doors on this car.

I think I have the trigger correct because the alarm will trigger when either door is opened.

They are neg. You are being "over-analytical". Those two wires take their feed from the driver's door lock being keyed! They won't show anything on the factory remote. It's one of the most simple cars around.
Go to the DKP and pick those wires up where they come in from the driver's door, shut both doors then ground each one. It will work.

I'm going to try it from the dkp right now.  Thanks!

Did the dkp connections and the alarm still will not trigger the locks. All of the research and diagrams I have say that:

Unlock driver's door = WHITE/ black (-)

Lock driver's door = blue/red (-)

Drivers door trigger = RED / blue (+)

Seems simple enough but it doesn't work. Any ideals?
