I just installed an Arrow 5.1 with the smart windows 4 and Intellistart 4 in my 2005 f150. Because they are all G4/G5, they all talk to each other and work.

The problem I have is when my truck has been cold for a while and remotely started, the truck will shut off after 30 seconds or so. If the truck has been on or warm, the remote start works fine. I'm assuming the Intellistart does it's internal check and when the truck is cold and RPM's are high, the remote start shuts off. Is there a way to fix this, maybe try to program the RPM on the Intellistart at a higher RPM? While the Cliffnet wizard help?

Your last line, the answer to your first question is yes, the answer to the second question is no, it's too glitched to work with G5.
Wiz was a fabulous idea by far the best programming system around but after the DEI takeover it wasn't properly developed.

Sounds good, my plan was to start my truck and while it is idling on a high RPM (over 1000) reprogram the tach wire. Is there a better way you know of?

I see you (Howie) know your stuff, I thank you for that. Since I've been trying to fix the Intellistart, I accidentally cleared the remotes on on my Arrow 5.1. I was trying to play with the auto start programing on the first column but skipped to the third, thus erasing both my remotes.

I tried re-programing the remotes but no luck. Do I have to get new remotes. I tried entering the Auto learn feature and pressed the lock/unlock button and it chirped once, it should have worked.

That's the way DEI recommend, but you might have to up it to 1500, it's trial and error.
