Not sure about the card system you refer to, but Scytek has a product called Precision Blue 1000, that uses the bluetooth signal from your phone to unlock the doors when you are in range, lock when you are out of range, etc. I understand this can also be linked to the Scytek remote start, but I have never installed or used this system. Bluetooth has a limited range (less than 300' Maximum distance). Here is the link: https://www.scytek.net/precision.php?pic=images/products/precision/PBlue%201000.png
There are a number of 1 button remote starters that also allow the user to start the vehicle as well as unlock the doors; Avital (Avistart 4113), Audiovox (Prestige APS901) are a few examples, but there are others. These systems typically work in the 800-1200 ft range (other manufacturers may allow you to get more range).
There are also a few cell phone/remote start integration packages, allowing you to start your car or lock/unlock your doors via a cell phone-- DEI's Viper Smart Start and Audiovox ASCL100 are a couple examples. These provide unlimited range as long as there is a phone signal at the vehicle.
It all depends on what you need and how much you want to spend.

There are products on the market to do passive keyless entry and pushbutton start.
When you install pushbutton start in a non pushbutton vehicle your main obstacles are:
Secure system control (turning ignition / accessory circuits on and off, controlling the starter, etc safely and securely)
Bypassing the mechanical steering wheel lock
Bypassing the OEM security
All of these things are definately doable if you have the knowledge, time, and money!
