Possibly a misadjusted switch in the latch mechanism of the trunk.  When you open the trunk, is there a light that  comes on inside the trunk?  If so, get somebody to get in the trunk to see if the light is illuminating at the time of the false alarm.

Actually, your vehicle has an Electronics Module that shuts power down inside the vehicle to limit draw on your cars' battery. When this happens a slight ground backfeed will travel through your trigger wire. To prevent this, you or your installer will have to locate the trunk trigger wire near the trunk light which is a black wire with a light blue stripe. The other wire going to the light is constant 12v, cut this wire in install a diode IN7004 inline. This way when the power is terminated to the light the ground will not travel through the light bulb thereby triggering you alarm as it has been doing.

thanks for the replies i figured it would have to be something like that cause i did have a light in the trunk but i just did a custom trunk an the light is not there anymore but the harness for the bulb is my car like you said has some timed lights in it when they installed the alarm the put relays under the dash for the dome light cause the fade out when i lock te doors i'm guessing its the same for the trunk light but i'll give it a try

1N400X is fine. It's an old trick on BMWs.

Of course it matters! Wrong way round no trunk light and you will still have the problem.
Band towards the light unit.

ok so i put the band towards where the light sits in the fixture so 12v goes through the diode an blocks the negative pulse trying to come back through it
