With just power and ground applied to the system, and the antenna plugged in ....... you should be able to get the system and LED to respond.   The horn should not honk when you power the system up.

Are you sure you have a good system ground, and power source?  Where is your system grounded?

I found out this morning that when i unplugged the 500m the alarm started to work I guess the going by the pin as I read may not of been the solution I guess i'll order another .Door triGgers work ,arms, disarms ,trunk pops ,glass sense works and vehicle still cranks even with 500m not plugged in to module but still has power so I have lost nothing in the vehicle, gained security, and can wait for the remote start thank you for time looking at this to help a stranger I really appreciate it.I'll update on this thread when i recieve new part if I have problems. thanks again
