This is for your alarm to turn on your domelight when you turn off your alarm... Real poppular when carjacking started. People use to break into cars and hide in the rear seat without the victim noticing them because of the darkness in the car so the alarm companys added this feature to the alarms... sometimes called illuminated entry,domelight surveillance,domelight output..
