I keep hearing things about needed seperate actuators for the S2000. Is this true? Also the 5 wire reverse polarity comes up in install guides. I know how to wire relays of which it would need 2 but can just the 2 door lock wires be wired straight into the existing door lock system? What is the advantage of the 5 wire and relays as opposed to just using the 2 wires directly from the alarm box. I had a 99-00 Honda Civic that was directly wired up and never needed relays. Please explain.

You shouldn't need them with an S2000, direct neg. pulse trigger from the alarm. The vehicle already has central locking.
