Hey Jeff,
I've check on this site's database and have trouble locating the Lock and Unlock Trigger wire for a 1989 Vette.
Door Lock Light Blue Driver's Kick Panel Reverse Polarity
Door Unlock Black Passenger's Switch is Master Switch

I dont understand what they mean by "Panel Reverse Polarity". I have already hooked up the alarm already and those 2 are my remaining wires. I need to find out is it a Postive trigger or a Negative Trigger and the exact location. Thank You again jeff. P.S. Thank you for the help on the doorlock actuator question. I got it to work perfectly. Thank You

"Power Unlock BLACK FROM PASSENGER SWITCH"? Does that mean i need to run a wire from the passenger door lock switch to the alarm? is it positive or negative trigger?

i desperately need help. I used the 5 wire alternating 12V positive door locks diagram and it still wont work. I have located the LOCK and UNlock wire for the vette. When i press the unlock, it shows 12V at on the UNLOCK wire and when i press the lock, it shows 12V at the LOCK wire. Please some1 help me. I went to goodguys, bestbuys, circuit city and they all refused to help me. Please help.

First off you have to make sure you have 30/40 amp SPDT relays with the 5 pins ( it will look like this from the bottom side : https://www.velocitymotorsport.com/images/install_notes/2nd_ignition_relay.jpg ).

Next you have to find the two wires :

POWER LOCK           |lt.blue *2          |5wi|         either kick panel
POWER UNLOCK       |black *2            |5wi|        either kick panel

*2 Corvette door locks are mastered from the passenger switch.

What this means is that you have to attach the relays on the passenger door, not the driver door. Use the diagram from the 12 volt for the 5 wire ( https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#5w ) Let me know how you make out with this
