what is an easy way to get some wires through the door in a 2002 nissan xterra? i need to do a window roll up module and need to run wires into the door but i cannot find the way in at least easily.i cut my hand up trying but that stupid emergency brake is in the way !!

You don't need to run cables to the door switch. What I did was to install the window rollup modules to the cables coming from the switch near the kick panel. I'm not sure about the colors anymore but if you can see the switch you can figure it out. TEST AND DOUBLE TEST before you cut the wires. The wires don't have much slack so you need to use wire crimps--No room for wire nuts.

You can also try to use a wire clothes hanger to fish new wires and connect directly to the swith if you want.
