I am putting in an alarm for my brothers 1996 Ford Bronco having a couple of issues.
I am trying get the door locks to work and it is not happening. I found the pink/green and pink / YELLOW wires in the kick panel of passenger side. I installed a pair of relays like in the 5 wire diagram and well, it didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also he is wanting to get the back window to roll up and down from the remote. 2 things there. 1 can you recommend a good module to do that and what wires do I use. 2 the swich on the dash is only rolling down, any ideas?

Thanks all!

Make sure the 5 Wire is hooked up properly.........If its not too much of a hassle go pick up a DEI Part for the 5 wire doorlocks...part number DEI 451M

Does the Bronco have factory keyless entry ? Just surious. As far as the window in the rear, he can access the wires and test them to see if they operate the window. The switch may be bad but the wires should still be good.

I have a 1992 Bronco and I used a single channel of an Audiovox AS9153 to roll up the window. I don't remember the wire color, but removing the switch and testing the wires is not difficult. To roll the window down, you can do a couple of things. I did both of the following. I used a latching output from channel 3 of the alarm to sink a relay which rolls the window down. When the window gets to the desired position release the botton and it stops.

I also used the two step unlock feature to roll the window down as well. This is how it works; Pressing the disarm button once disarms the alarm and opens all doorlocks, pressing the disarm button a second time, rolls down the back window by sending the momentary pulse to a PAC TR-7 which converts the pulse signal to a timed pulse which matches the window roll down time. This sinks the same relay used in the latching output through a diode to roll down the window.
