So I have a 97 Subaru Outback Legacy Edition and was messing with my battery and I disconnected it and my alarm went off. I didn't know I had an alarm and I can't shut it off. I have no key for it nor do I know how to bypass it to start my car. I need help!

Is there an aftermarket siren underneath the hood or is the horn going off? You can usually disarm the factory alarm using the key in the driver's door keyhole and turn the key as if you are unlocking the door. If it is aftermarket your best bet is to find the valet button and disarm the alarm that way. If you cant find it, you will most likely need to find the alarm brain and pull the fuse.
