Hello, i'm newbie, I have a Grand Caravan SXT 2005 with a Viper 3002 istalled, suddenly the two way transmitter don't confirm when I active the sytem or when the alarm is triggered. Does anyone have any suggestions?

check your antanna ..make sure it is pluggedn in as somimes installing itit gets loosed
