guys,  need your help, i hope you can help me.

i have a 2010 mazda 3 sport, automatic and a standard key. i installed a cm6000 unit and a ADS-TB-FM for bypass module for my car but the door didn't work and i can't make it start.

is ads-tb-fm bypass module ok to use? i connect the bypass using the RS232 cable. any suggestion for a better bypass module?

i use the light green wire for lock/unlock using a 2 relay ( 1 wire door system) with a 1k resistor for the lock. how about the orange and ORANGE / white wire from the cm6000 unit, do i need to connect those wire to the green wire (disarm/arm wire) using another 2 relays (1 wire door system)?

light/green @ bcm 24 pin blue plug?

green wire @ bcm 24 pin blue plug. they're are 2 green wires @ bcm 24 pin blue plug, what green wire do i need to use?

where can i connect the grey wire of the parking light to the cm6000 units? is it in on the ORANGE / black of the cm6000 unit?

i use the green wire for the brake at the brake pedal.

i use the BLACK/ yellow wire for the tach at the ignition coil

what else do i need to connect to make it work?

sorry guys for asking too many questions. thanks so much in advance

What version did you flash the ADS-TB-FM ? It should be version 2.4 and you should be using Type 2 wiring diagram. Did you properly learn the code from the key to the module ?

The module is not programmed properly. Refer to page 13 of the manual.

If you have a CM6000 CPU, the best way is D2D via the RS232 wire. It's more secure and it also sends the proper GWR signal at time of remote start.

Does your dome light slowing fade out or does it go out after the door closes ?

hello,

yeah, my domelight is fading out after the last door is close. what happen is that if i wait for the domelight to turn off and press the lock button, the window indicator in the remote is not flashing. but if i press the lock button while the domelight is on  the door indicator in the remote is flashing.

is that ok to use? do i need to add a relay on the domelight? what do i need to do?

thanks

There's a programmable feature on the CM6000 that allows for the door trigger to auto sense when the dome light fades before it arms. You can change it via remote control but if you have an OP500 programmer or have access to one from a dealer, it would be advisable to change it that way. I have never changed any programmable features without an OP500 but you can use this diagram to help you Compustar CM6000 and use table 3-03 and set for option 4

See page 30 of the install guide Jeff posted earlier for 2 way remotes, page 31 for 1 way remotes.  The Menus are on the previous pages of the guide.  You do need a 4 button remote as the 1 button ones can't do it.

hi,

when i got my mazda 3 there's a cm5200 unit already installed in the car and i decided to upgrade the unit to a alarm/starter combo. so i just bought the cm6000 unit. i installed it and work fine but i cant do the option programmer using the 2 way remote. im using a 2w9000fmr remote. if i press the button for programming option i dont see any light flash or a chirp coming from the car and i dont see the signal strength too in my 2way remote if i do the option programming.

do you guys have any idea whats wrong.

thanks

dont hijack threads.

on that note hook it up to your pc with an ads-usb or use a compustar op500 to program if u ahving problems.

you might have to update the brain to the most current firware incase there are any bugs.
