Anyone know where I can order it online? Im currently just using the XKLoader tool for Xpress kits, but I want to expand a little.

It's the same as the iDatalink ADS USB cable. ( Flashlogic Generation2 modules are re-branded iDatalink products. ) EBay lists some for under $50. Also available at Lessco Electronics.
