wiring, infiniti g35 2008 remote starter

I'm new here and what a nice find! Hello to the 12volt community

I have yet to find this for my G35 2008 sedan (V36 engine)
I need wiring infos to install a remote starter add on (OMEGA excalibur RS120DP) Will also use the DEI XK09 for my immobilizer bypass.
Any help is highly appreciated!

Also, go to xpresskit.com and punch in your vehicle info in the top right.  When the modules load scroll down to XK09, click on the install guide and that will give you what you need.

Great thanks! I knew the xpresskit website but not audiovox.

Even after reading, I am unsure about one thing: the trigger start for my add on remote starter. The manufacturer suggest to use the UNLOCK button to activate the remote starter (because it also disarm alarm system) Great idea, but my car use the same wire to disarm alarm and unlock doors (PIN 34).

So, Should I tap that wire into one INPUT (remote start activation) and one OUTPUT (OEM alarm disarm) of my remote starter?
I only have basic knowledge in electronics and I am unsure of this, just wan to make sure this won't blow something inside the remote! Any idea?

If you are using the factory FOB to unlock the car, that will turn off the alarm & unlock the doors and I guess the unlock pulses will trigger the remote starter.  There would be no need to connect the remote starters Alarm DisArm wire ( its already disarmed and unlocked ).  But now your car is unlocked... 

 I can't see the polarity of the Remote Start Activation Input Trigger, not sure if its a (+) or a (-).

The standard way is to use the Lock Motor wire to trigger the remote starter.  You would press the Factory FOBs lock button twice or three times to trigger a remote start.  The remote start would output a disarm to the cars' factory alarm system thru that Light GREEN/ Black wire and then start the car.  The alarm is off but the car is still locked.

Another interesting point.  I haven't done an Infinity G35 remote start but some Japanese cars ( Honda and Toyota ) disable the factory FOB if the engine is running.  ( If you install a system like yours on a 2007 Honda CR-v, after you start it, you can't use the factory remotes to unlock the doors.  Have to use a key. ) 

I would give your car a test.  Start it with the key and while it is running try to lock or unlock it with the factory FOB.

ALL Nissan products still allow the remotes to work even with the motor running. They even disarm the factory alarm.

Now all I need to figure is what wire to use to disarm the alarm without having to unlock doors...My only clue for now :)

(Coupe and Convertible) Requires Double Pulse.

It appears using the UnLock wire but giving only a single pulse might disarm the factory alarm system but not unlock the doors.  Perhaps one of the Nissan / Infinity experts can jump in here. 

On some remote start units, they can be set to "Unlock before start and lock after start" or just "lock after start".  I didn't notice any door lock or unlock outputs from your unit, though.  Can the disarm output be set to "double pulse"?  Here is a link to the install guide of the "add on" remote start unit I use :  https://www.ultrastarters.com/Feature_Sheets/U1155/MAN-1155TL-INSTALL-U.pdf   It will give you an idea of another units programming options and capabilities.

The factory alarm will not have to be disarmed for remote start. So all borderline needs to do now is trigger his remote start. The factory alarm disarm and unlock wires listed above will not pulse when using the factory remote to unlock the doors. He will need to use a relay and turn the lock actuator +signal into a -signal to turn on the remote start. Set the remote start to 2 or 3 pulse start and just hit lock 2 or 3 times to remote start.

I am not sure if I understand the meaning of the W2W connection. I don't have D2D port in my remote starter (Finally bought an ultra start 1155)

1: This allow the remote starter to communicate with the bypass module or this wiring is optional?


2: I don't understand why the parking lights input is wired to the bypass module?! On the previous page of the PDF, we clearly see how to connect the parking lights into my car, so Im confused about this:
