How do you intend controlling the starter kill, hidden switch, alarm etc. Tell me so I can tell you how!

Also is this an E36 or an E46?

Neg armed output from the alarm, also known as the GWA wire, probably orange (depends on the make of alarm).
GWA to relay 85.
Ignition to 86.
Starter lead cut, ignition switch side to 87a and starter motor side to 30.
Diode (1N4004) across 85 and 86 (solder to the base of the terminals) with the diode band facing 86.

Howie thanks. It will be controlled by the alarm that is installed on the car already. The alarm is a TELECOM never heard of it someone said it was from BICRON I tried posting help for the alarm never got any replies. And the BMW is a 1988 E30 325IS. Again thanks for the help

Looking at the photo in the other post, I'd say a pair of the four on the right might be for starter kill.
My other advice would be to dump it.
