arctic start cw4200 vf

Hello, I am currently stumped by this auto start (CW4200-VF) I'm installing it in an 84 BMW 528e and it has been giving me problems from the get go right now I have established that it is getting power, the antenna is working aswell the battery remote is in good shape also, so now onto the problem I wired it up and double and triple checked it to make sure everything was in it's proper place and everything looked good so I thought I was done with it and all that was left was to give it a test run before I returned it, but I hit the switch and then.... Nothing, so I thought maybe I had some wires crossed and I pulled everything apart and started over, still the same issue the only thing the box does is click (sometimes one time and sometimes it's 3 times) I've ran through all of the wires and established that my power wires are getting power, but when I hit the button to start it the only wire that goes hot is the parking lights wire.

Check the 12 volts at the CN1 harness after the fuses to make sure that the CPU is getting 12 volts. Also, use the ground from the CN1 harness to check the voltage. If either is bad, then the CPU will not activate.

I have already verified that it is getting power to both the wires that require constant 12volt power and my ground is also good, I have not checked to see how much voltage they are getting, I'll check tomorrow.
