What is this Securitech (Asia) LTD. TES-761 Immobiliser Advanced Vehicle Security?

It came with the car I bought.

very limited information from their website, https://www.securitechasia.com/product.php?sh_id=2&sh_pid=&sh_act=&sh_page_no=20

1 Point Transponder Operated Engine Immobiliser with Wireless Cut Off Relay.

I kind of want to take this immobilizer out because it has a lag which stops the car from turning on; and sometimes it works with or without the immobilizer key card present. So seems like a faulty system to me.

Anyone have experience with this product?
