Having issues getting remote start to start up vehicle.I have an Arrow 3 installed in a 1999 Ford F350 Diesel Pu.All the functions of the remote start seem to work.My problem is the crank time to start my diesel.I set the module for diesel and after 20sec goes by the starter engages for maybe 3sec, engine cranks then stops.Is there a way to increase this time ?

Try relearning TACH! 3 secs is too long.

so there is some special programming that needs to be done to the module to make it work? thought that might be the case.will see if i can get it configured.thanks for the help.

so if i read this last post correctly, there are no setting that can be changed in the module to help with getting a longer crank time? you have no better suggestion for me but see a PRO! thanks for the great advice on this matter.thanks for calling me the idiot!

You're getting the wrong end of the stick here, 3 secs. is far too long anyway! I've never known a diesel that took more than 1sec. after the glow plug light went out.
I can't do the diagnostics for you from 5000 miles away. Cranking for 3 seconds without starting tells me three things. Either immobiliser by-pass failure, does your vehicle have a PATS system, try a remote start leaving the key in the ignition, as for the other comments assuming it is an I/start Tach not learned or an ignition lead from the I/start has failed, you have to test the fuses and the ignition outputs on the I/Start.
You7 can only increase the crank time using the Clifford Wiz with that setup.
