I have searched the forums and don't see the answer to this question.

My question is: On the canmax400 there is a relay wired into the i-key unit to interrupt the signal. It is wired off the GWR from the remote start and doesn't wire directly to the canmax400. If I were to connect a relay in this same fashion using the XK07 would this allow takeover?

Has anyone tried this?

Could'nt hurt to try I dont think. That relay just keeps the IKey unit off till the RS shuts down.

But I've never used one of those modules on a Nissan.
