Hello all.
I only found a couple of 2009 Charger (SXT) posts for RS. No wiring diagram on here tho.
I just need help. I am so stuck.

12v - I am using the blue and red at ignition (same as 2007 Charger) it is showing 12volt no issues.

Starter 1 - light green @ ignition
Accessory - RED / orange @ cigarette lighter (Is this needed??)

Everything else is done through the Bypass (Omega bypass flashed on PC)

The unit will lock the doors, flash the lights but will not turn over the starter.

Are there any tips for this year/model since the wiring it different from 2007 to 2009?

Been working on it for a week!

Let me know please someone.

Thanks

Which bypass module?  The OL-MDB-ALL?  Which firmware?

The OMEGA BYPASS is OL-AL(MDB)-CH4
v2.0

I just realized I flashed it as a 2-way but the remote start I have added is a 1-way (Excalibur 330 RS).

That should not matter should it?
I do not know of anyone installing a RS in a 2009+ Charger yet.

With the CH4, there is no need to connect up the Starter wire or the Accessory wire at the car.  I always go W2W.

Make all the conections between the R/S and the bypass.  There are 5 wires from the bypass to the car, CAN Hi and CAN Low, parking light MUX and the two wires to the cut Ignition wire.  The only wires from the R/S to the car are:  Power, Ground, Re-Arm for RAP if required, the horn and the hood pin switch.  I use the bypass' Tach signal and brake signal.   Very fast install.

Hmm...
Would it matter if I did the MDB-ALL?
Fortunately I went D2D so I do in fact just have the starter hooked up and dioded like it is suppose to be.

Just to reassure:
12volt - blue/orng or should I run wire to battery?
Ground - chassis
RE-ARM for RAP - N/A
Horn - N/A (using D2D)
Hood Pin - installed already
Brake - Installed

It will not turn over.

Can you send me the correct wiring for this and where they should go?

Thank you for all of your help.

Ok everyone..
No such luck. Turns out to be a bad module. I flashed it 2xs and it caused the car to go into security lockdown. Could not even start the car with the key. I took took the alarm all the way out and rewired back to factory and it still did not restart.
After 30 mins of praying and waiting, the car started finally.

This is one the most frustrating installs I have done in awhile.
I have called to get a replacement bypass since I did not have anymore on hand. I have called all the shops around and none of them "SAY" they have had trouble with Chargers but I asked if they have done the 2009s they say no (wiring is different and I bet the Can-Bus setup is different too!)

Kreg357: Thanks for the PM. Hopefully the new bypass will work)

Grrrr.....

thanks everyone

Hey guys..
Sorry just getting back to you.
got the module which is Omega OL-AL(MDB)-CH4 (all in one)
using d2d you have to still wire up the door locks and park lights.
The module will take care of the rest.
Flash it in 1 way mode if the remote start is in fact 1 way and 2 way if it is a 2 way remote start unit.

Works FINE!

Pain in the blah blah if you know what I mean...

Thanks everyone!
