This info for the cars ignition wiring is from Bulldog Security and confirmed with AudioVox.  All wires should be verified  with a Digital Multi Meter, especially since there are 2 BLACK/ Red wires listed.  All wires are at the cars ignition switch.

H3/1 PINK (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT                                                                              BLACK/ Red
H3/2 RED / WHITE (30A) FUSED IGNITION 2 / FLEX RELAY INPUT 87                               Green
H3/3 ORANGE ACCESSORY OUTPUT                                                                                     Red
H3/4 VIOLET (+) STARTER OUTPUT (CAR SIDE OF THE STARTER KILL WIRE)          BLACK/ Red  Car side
H3/5 GREEN (+) STARTER INPUT (KEY SIDE OF THE STARTER KILL WIRE)               BLACK/ Red  Key side
H3/6 RED (+) FUSED (30A) IGNITION 1 INPUT                                                                     Green
H3/7 PINK/WHITE (+) IGNITION 2 / FLEX RELAY OUTPUT                                                 BLACK / YELLOW  program as Starter2
H3/8 PINK/BLACK FLEX RELAY INPUT 87A key side (if required) of FLEX RELAY       NU
H3/9 RED / BLACK FUSED (30A) ACCESSORY/STARTER INPUT                                    Green
H3/10 N/C                                                                                                                                     N/C

There is an Accessory2 listed.  Powering that would require an extra 30/40A Relay & 20A fuse.
Wire as follows:
Relay Pin 86 and Pin 87 to +12v constant with 20A fuse
Relay Pin 30 to Altima WHITE/ Blue  ( ACC2 )
Relay Pin 87A not used - insulate
Relay Pin 85 to Viper ORANGE (-) 200mA ACCESSORY OUTPUT

Have you purchased an immobilizer bypass?  The PKALL will work.

It is best to use a Digital Multi Meter to verify all wires.  The corect BLACK/ Red Starter wire will only show +12 volts when the ignition switch is in the "Start" position.

then test the wires don't just start hooking stuff up at random because a diagram told you to.....
