Go to the "Downloads" section and search on "compustar".  Download the CM6000 manual ( The menu and procedure are the same as CM5000 ).  On page 19 it shows that Menu 1-04 needs to be changed for double pulse unlock.  Follow the steps on page 30 using your two way remote to change the setting to option 2.

Here is a re-cap:

The Menu setting you want to change is 1-04 to option 2.  Using a two way remote:

Option
Menu 1
(1 + 2) for 2.5 seconds then
(1 + 2) for 2.5 seconds

Tap Button
4             Wait for confirming parking light flash or chirp
Do this 3 or 4  times to get to option group 1 feature 4 ( and get 4 Parking Light flashes ).

Tap Button
2             To select double pulse on unlock

That should be in the CM6000 install guide also.  ( I have the OP500 and never use the remotes for programming.)  You can Factory Reset only one "Menu Group" at a time.
