i lost the wiring diagram for my db-pass-23a and can't download it from the omega website does anyone have or know where i can get it from?

What vehicle is it for? Im guessing a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am according to your other post.

i found the diagram for the ib-gmbp but which has all the right colors and they say is the repacement for the the one i have but dont know what they mean by put the brown wire to ground output when running wire of remote starter

Really should you be trying this with questions like this? One assumes subject to testing that it's either a safety wire going to say the parking brake switch or a GWR (ground whilst running output) that triggers a by-pass if you need one e.g. VATS.
